The agreement

By using this site, booking a consult, or buying an Olani tee, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not send a request or an order.

Who may book

You must be 18 or older to book an appointment or buy from the shop. If you are booking for someone else, you confirm they agree to the consult and to these terms.

Training is not medical care

Olani Global offers fitness consulting and coaching. We do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure injury or illness. You are responsible for telling us about pain, conditions, and any limits a clinician has set. If we ask for written clearance, we will wait for it before we train.

You train at your own risk. Strength work can cause soreness, strain, or worse. Tell us to stop if something feels wrong.

Booking and payment

A form on this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we write you back. Fees are listed on the work page. Payment is due when the time is confirmed. Late arrival of more than 15 minutes may shorten the appointment. The fee stays the same.

Shop orders

Olani tees are sold as listed. Colors on a screen can drift from the fabric in your hand. Title to the item passes when the carrier picks it up. Risk of loss passes at the same time.

Our materials

The logo, photographs we made, and the writing on this site belong to Olani Global. You may not copy the name for your own shop or program. Client programs we write are for your personal use. Please do not resell them.

The site

We try to keep pages accurate. Prices, openings, and copy can change. The site may be down. We are not liable for a booking you could not send because a browser failed.

Limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, Olani Global is not liable for indirect or lost profits from use of the site, a consult, or a shop order. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that appointment or order in the prior three months.

Law

These terms follow the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict rules. Courts in Los Angeles County will hear disputes that cannot be solved by email.
