The practice

Nia Olani. Fitness consulting, then the calendar.

Olani Global opened in 2019 after ten years in commercial gyms. The work is assessment, programming advice, and habit design. You book the appointment. You leave with a plan you can keep.

Nia still likes the science. She got tired of handing someone a sheet that assumed they slept eight hours and cooked every night. The consult is nosy on purpose. We ask about shifts, travel, knees that complain on stairs, and the two days you will actually protect.

Appointments are in person or remote. You pick when you book. If we meet in person, we send the address with the confirmation. If we meet on a call, you need a quiet place and a way to show how you move.

Tuesday through Friday, 7 in the morning to 7 in the evening. Saturday mornings by request. Closed Sunday.

What we will not do

No thirty day resets. No photos we did not ask to take.

We do not publish client bodies. We do not weigh you unless you ask. We do not write meal plans. If nutrition is the missing piece, we keep a short list of dietitians we trust and we make the introduction.

If you need medical clearance, we wait for it. If a consult should be a walk and some breathing, that is the consult.
