Appointments and consults

Email hello@olaniglobal.com to move or cancel. If you give at least 24 hours notice, we will refund the fee in full or move you to a new time. If you cancel inside 24 hours, we keep the fee unless we can fill the slot. If we cancel, you get a full refund or a new time, your choice.

Olani tees

You may return an unused tee in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. We refund the item price. Return shipping is yours unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong size. Write us first so we can send a return address.

How a refund arrives

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days after we approve them.
