Who we are
Olani Global is a fitness consulting practice. This site is how you book an appointment and order a tee. Questions go to hello@olaniglobal.com or 916 289 9717.
What we collect
When you book or place an order we ask for your name, email, phone, and the details needed to meet or ship. The booking form and shop bag also keep a copy on your device so the page can remember a request you already sent.
We do not run advertising pixels. We do not sell personal information. We do not buy lists.
Why we use it
- To confirm a consult or an order.
- To ship an Olani tee and handle a return.
- To answer email you send us.
- To keep a simple record of appointments and shop requests.
Who else sees it
We share only what a vendor needs to do a job we hired them for, such as email delivery or shipping. Those vendors may not use your information for their own marketing. If a court or law requires a record, we will share the least we can.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses local storage for the shop bag and for booking confirmations on this browser. That is not used to follow you across other sites. You can clear it in your browser settings. The site will still work. Your bag will be empty.
How long we keep it
Appointment notes stay for as long as we work together and for two years after the last consult, unless you ask us to delete them sooner and the law lets us. Shop records stay for tax and shipping needs.
Your choices
You may email us to see what we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. California residents may also ask for a copy of the categories we collect. We will not treat you differently because you asked.
Children under 13 should not use the booking or shop forms. If a parent writes us, we will delete that record.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is large, we will also note it on the home page for at least seven days.
